Located on the edge of the plateau near Genesee Park on Lake Washington has a large house overlooking the lake. Windows and doors are thermally broken aluminum with a custom double wood doors hinged shaft located at the front door. Glazed wall around the area allows room to capture views of the lake through the house while a seat in the back yard of this. This project is two floors singe family residence built on the foundation of the existing one-story house. Everything is designed to maximize the view. Not even closed the private backyard dependent on them. The exterior is cladded in the pre-stained, tight-knot cedar siding.
